    I consider any Applebee's to be an "it's OK" eatery.  That being said, I have never had an issue with this location.  I've never had to wait unusually long for food and always received what was ordered.  There is a good amount of staff and everyone is friendly and pleasant.  So, as far as Applebee's go, this one is above most.

    I usually have no issues but the last time i used the carside-to-go everything was just a mess. I will admit that when I got home to realize this and called they were great about it and the next my girlfriends and i had lunch on site and the manager working Joe i think his name was OUTSTANDING!! He gets the 5 stars in this story lol
     I frequent the Greenville location because of extra "UMPH" most of the staff puts in.

    EDIT: What a terrible experience. Went in yesterday at dinner and it was a total mess. After we got seated it took over an hour to get our entrees out to us. Server dropped the ball. Sure, I get it, dinner time, it gets busy, but how do you forget to put our orders in?

    Took us 2 hours from start to finish, not counting drive time, and we didn't even drink any alcohol.

    I normally don't even like Applebees - I went because it was a decent place close by for us to get together and have dinner. Only good experience of the evening is the manager apologized after we spoke up and comped our meal.

    Typical Applebees. One of the few decent places to eat in Greenville. Came through on a whim because I was hungry and they didn't disappoint.

    When they say "don't be surprised how people act" this was definitely clear today.
    I'm not sure if Our waiter was high or what but she asked the dumbest questions and got stupid answers in return.
    Take me back to Flemings.
